PlotDock is purpose-built site survey software for low-voltage trades — fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and nurse call. We're bringing the Corporate plan online first, with the consumer apps following on the App Store and Google Play. Welcome — and thanks for being here at the start.
Capture device counts, mounting heights, candela ratings, and circuit assignments against the floor plan. Generate riser diagrams and submittal-ready device schedules.
Document readers, door positions, REX devices, electric strikes, and panel locations. Map credential reach and door schedules across multi-floor and multi-building sites.
Place cameras on plan with field-of-view geometry, document mounting heights, lens choices, and IR coverage. Cable and PoE planning included.
Document motion sensors, glass-break sensors, contacts, keypads, and panels with zone assignments. Walk-test annotations stay tied to the device record.
Capture pull stations, dome lights, staff stations, and corridor displays per room. Code-required device verification and zone documentation built in.
PlotDock is built and operated by Carbide Coding LLC, a software studio based in Wichita, Kansas. Our focus is the trades that consumer software ignores — the people responsible for life-safety and security systems in commercial and institutional buildings.
The product was designed around how site surveys actually happen: walking the building with a phone or tablet in hand, marking up plans, capturing photos against device records, and producing the deliverable later. PlotDock keeps the field experience fast and the office output organized.
We're in our launch period. The Corporate plan is live now for early adopters. Free and Individual tiers will follow on the App Store and Google Play in the coming weeks.

This policy applies to PlotDock Corporate subscriptions billed monthly per seat through plotdock.app. PlotDock Individual subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those stores' refund and cancellation policies, not this one.
Corporate subscriptions can be canceled at any time by the account administrator from the customer billing portal accessible at plotdock.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period — your team retains full access through the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
PlotDock Corporate is sold as month-to-month service with no minimum term. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, and we do not offer refunds for past billing periods. If you no longer want to continue, cancel from the billing portal — the cancellation will take effect at period end and no further charges will be made.
Seat counts can be adjusted at any time from the billing portal. Increases are prorated and applied to the next invoice. Decreases take effect on the next billing period; we do not refund seats removed mid-period.
If a renewal payment fails, your account enters a 30-day past-due grace period during which full access is retained while we retry the payment. If retries exhaust, the account moves to a 30-day read-only period (data preserved, modifications locked), then to a locked-out period. Updating the payment method during any of these stages and successfully paying the outstanding invoice immediately restores full access. Account data is retained for six months from the first failed charge before deletion.
Upon cancellation, account data is retained for thirty (30) days to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted. If you need an export of your project data prior to deletion, contact support@plotdock.app from the account email before the retention period ends.

This Privacy Policy describes how Carbide Coding LLC ("Carbide Coding," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use the PlotDock applications and the plotdock.app website (collectively, the "Service").
When you create an account we collect your email address, name, company name (Corporate accounts), and authentication credentials. When you use the Service we collect the project data you create — site surveys, floor plans, device records, photos, and notes. For Corporate accounts we collect billing information through Stripe (we do not see or store full payment card numbers).
We collect standard application telemetry including device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports, and feature usage to operate and improve the Service. Web requests log IP address, user agent, and timestamp.
We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (Corporate payment processing), Apple and Google (App Store and Google Play in-app purchases for Free and Individual tiers), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information as required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and authenticated APIs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Active account data is retained for the life of the account. Upon cancellation, account data is retained for thirty (30) days to allow reactivation, then deleted. Backup copies are purged within ninety (90) days. Aggregated and de-identified usage data may be retained longer.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@plotdock.app to exercise these rights. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
Carbide Coding LLC is based in the United States and the Service is operated from the United States. By using the Service you understand your information will be processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, for active accounts, by email notification.
